This page says what Supafic keeps about you, who helps us keep it, and what you can ask.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address, handle and a hashed password.
• Your content: the series, chapters, pictures and text you make, and the prompts you send to the AI.
• Your reading: what you opened, where you stopped, your library and the creators you follow.
• Reports you send, and reports made about your series.
• Your purchases: which pack, when, how much, and your credit balance and history. Stripe keeps your card details. We never see them.

Who helps us

These companies process data for us.

• Cloudflare: hosting, our database, file storage and the AI Gateway.
• Stripe: payments and refunds.
• Resend: the emails we send, such as password resets.
• AI providers, reached through the AI Gateway: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. They receive the prompts and pictures you send to an AI feature, and send back the result.

Some of these companies are outside the EU. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Two only: one that keeps you signed in (the session), and one that remembers your light or dark theme. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content until you delete them or ask us to. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example for tax. Backups and caches clear out over time.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, export it or delete it. You can also object to how we use it, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will answer.
