These terms are the rules for using Supafic, a place to make and read webtoons and novels. By using it you agree to them.
Accounts
You can read without an account. To create series, follow creators or buy credits you need one. Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your work
What you make is yours. By publishing it on Supafic you give us the right to store it, show it to readers, resize it and deliver it through our servers and a cache, so that the app can work. We do not claim to own it. This right ends when you remove it or your account ends, except for copies that linger briefly in caches and backups.
Only publish what you have the right to publish. Do not post anything illegal, anything that harms children, or anything that attacks or harasses people.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a series. We look at reports and may hide or remove a series, or close an account, when it breaks these terms or the law. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
Credits
- Credits are bought in packs. The packs and their prices are shown before you pay.
- Credits never expire.
- Credits pay for AI features, such as making panels. They are not money. You cannot cash them out, transfer them or exchange them for money.
- Refunds are at Supafic's discretion. If a payment is refunded or disputed, we take back the credits that payment bought. Your balance can then go below zero until you buy more. Nothing you made is deleted.
If you live in the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Credits are ready to use as soon as you pay, so at checkout we ask you to accept this: “I want my credits right away and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once I start using them.” If you do not accept it, you cannot buy.
AI output
Some of what you make is made with AI models. Their output can be wrong, odd or similar to other work. You are responsible for checking it and for what you publish. We do not promise that output is free of anyone else's rights.
Ending your account
You can stop using Supafic at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Credits left on a deleted account are lost.
Changes and liability
Supafic is provided as it is. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always work. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
